吃美食拍照、打卡是許多人的習慣，但若到美國、法國可就要注意囉！有法國米其林三星餐廳主廚認為，此舉是非常沒禮貌的舉動，禁止上門的民眾吃飯拍照，甚至直接在菜單上標明禁止攝影，希望民眾能專心品嚐美食，而不是本末倒置。

根據《BBC》及《The Local》報導，法國米其林三星餐廳主廚谷強（Gilles Goujon）認為，餐點一上桌，客人先拍照、上傳網路，是件很沒有禮貌的事情，且會讓創作失去原創性，讓人有機會模仿他的創作，是侵犯智慧財產權的行為。

為了自己精心製作的餐點，且讓客人能專心品嚐，紐約有高檔餐廳禁止民眾拍照，甚至在法國有主廚乾脆直接在菜單上標明「禁止攝影」，法國北部餐廳的廚師格西爾(Alexandre Gauthier)表示，以往客人是為了聚餐才會在餐廳拍照，但現在變成只顧著拍食物、上傳網路，菜都冷掉了。
